HAZOP-аналіз як новий науково-практичний напрямок НДГРІ КНУ / HAZOP analysis as a new scientific and practical field of the Scientific Research Mining Institute of KNU
Науково-дослідний гірничорудний інститут – НДГРІ КНУ впевнено формує власну експертизу у сфері ідентифікації та оцінки промислових ризиків за методологією HAZOP.
За останні два роки інститут виконав роботи для двох підрозділів ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг»:
2025 рік – Гірничий департамент. Розроблено розділ HAZOP для Кар’єру №3 в рамках проєкту реконструкції та розвитку кар’єрів №2-біс і №3 з проєктною підтримкою видобутку сирої руди.
2026 рік – департамент з виробництва чавуну та сталі. Завершується розробка розділу HAZOP для комплексу об’єктів ДВЧтаС, ДЦ-1, доменна піч-6 в рамках ремонту II категорії. Звіт погоджено із замовником.
Обидва проєкти підтвердили здатність НДГРІ КНУ системно працювати з ризиками на об’єктах принципово різного типу – відкриті гірничі виробки та металургійне обладнання.
Наступний крок – розвиток власної галузевої методології HAZOP, адаптованої до специфіки гірничо-металургійних підприємств України. Це дозволить інституту не лише виконувати проєктні роботи, а й формувати стандарти оцінки промислової безпеки для підприємств.
Інститут зростає разом із потребами галузі.
The Scientific Research Mining Institute (NDHRI KNU) is steadily building its expertise in industrial risk identification and assessment using the HAZOP methodology.
Over the past two years, the Institute has completed projects for two divisions of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih:
2025 – Mining Department: Developed the HAZOP section for Open-pit No. 3 as part of the reconstruction and development project for Open-pits No. 2-bis and No. 3, providing engineering support for raw ore mining.
2026 – Iron and Steelmaking Department: Completing the HAZOP section for the facility complex of the Iron and Steelmaking Department (Blast Furnace Shop No. 1, Blast Furnace No. 6) as part of a Category II overhaul. The report has been approved by the client.
Both projects have confirmed NDHRI KNU’s capability to systematically manage risks at fundamentally different types of facilities—from open-pit mining operations to metallurgical equipment.
The next step is the development of a proprietary industry-specific HAZOP methodology adapted to the specifics of Ukrainian mining and metallurgical enterprises. This will enable the Institute not only to execute engineering projects but also to shape industrial safety assessment standards for the industry.
The Institute is growing alongside the needs of the industry.
