Conferences
In order to promote the development of the institute and establish business creative relationships with enterprises, research and design institutes, the Mining Research Institute in 2010 began holding annual international scientific and technical conferences.

The conferences were attended by representatives of all mining enterprises of Kryvbas, scientific and technical, design institutes and organizations, representatives of scientific and mining enterprises of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. The topics of scientific reports aroused great interest, there was a lively discussion of the issues raised.
Particular attention was paid to the prospects of iron ore mining in the development of deposits in the Kryvyi Rih basin, taking into account the solution of environmental problems in the region.
The reports of the conference participants analyzed the environmental situation in the Kryvyi Rih region, as well as provided technological recommendations for reducing the negative impact of mining in the basin and presented developments led by the institute and other organizations.
As a result of the conferences, collections of scientific papers were published for mining specialists, employees of research institutions and design organizations, public authorities, and may be useful to teachers of universities and colleges.
